All you will need is:
one sock that is missing it's other half , miscellaneous embellishments,
scraps of felt,
scissors, a hot glue gun
and a whole lotta creativity!!
All you have to do is....
... cut out all felt parts and place them where you'd like them to go...
... hot glue parts together and onto sock...
... find a cute little hand to put it on...
AND PLAY!!
